Chicken Noodles Soup

Ingredients 

Chicken         - 6 pieces
Noodles         - 1 cup (200gm approx)
Ghee              - 2 tablespoon
Onion             - 1 or 2
Beans             - 2 or 3
Carrot             -1 
Butter             - 2 tablespoon
Whole purpose flour (Maida) - 2 spoon
Milk                - ½ cup
Egg white        - 1
Salt
Pepper powder






Preparation

  1. Boil a cup of water in a pressure cooker. Add Chicken pieces. No need to add salt. Cook it for 4 to 5 Whistle
  2. Boil a cup of  water in a pan . Add noodles to it.
  3. Place a pan on flame. If it becomes hot add 2 tablespoon ghee. Add 3 spoon chopped onion stir until it terns brown .Then add beans. After 2 minutes add chopped carrots then stir it.
  4. Add chicken pieces after removing bones and stir well. Then add noodles.
  5. Cook butter in a pan, then add 2 spoon whole purpose flour and stir well, It terns brown add ½ cup of milk, and then pour chicken stock. Then add chicken-noodles mix to it and boil. Add egg white as thread.
  6. Add salt and pepper powder. Then serve it.
