How to make Butter Buns with out Electric Oven
Ingredients
Whole purpose flour (Maida) ½ kg or 4 cups
Yeast 1½ teaspoon
Sugar 1½ tablespoon
Egg 1
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Water
Refined Oil
Salt
Preparation
Take a bowl, add whole purpose flour and 1½ teaspoon yeast. mix well and knead to smooth dough. Make a pit in the center of the dough, pour an egg white and yellow, then add 1½ tablespoon sugar, a little bit of salt and water( Use Luke warm water). mix all the ingredients together, add 1 tablespoon ghee. Use your hand and knead until the dough is smooth
let it rest for one hour
After one hour takes the dough and kneads again, then make small rounds out of it and knead, then give ball shape.
Arrange these balls in a tray and cover it with a wet towel. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Place a pan on flame and add oil for frying the buns. When the oil becomes hot put it each bun one by one. When the buns turn to brown shift it from oil to a plate.

cow milk 3 tablespoon
vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
Beat the butter in a bowl until soft, add the icing sugar or powdered sugar, beat again until smooth, then add 1 tablespoon milk and beat the mixture until creamy and smooth add remaining milk and vanilla essence. beat again
Use a serrated knife for cutting the buns, paste the buttercream to the buns and serve it.
